The food, vegetables, and fruits you consume daily fulfill about 20 percent of your body requirements. To meet the rest of your needs, drink minimum 8-ounce glasses of water every day.

Avoid caffeine like coffee and soda as it disrupts your sleep. Even sports drinks are not suitable for your body. Only those that do intense workouts regularly can consume energy drinks.
